Pre-register / Register for the conference
In order to attend the conference activities, you need to fill your personal / professional information in the Registration Form, on the website’s main menu. Following the pre-registration process, you will receive an e-ticket, along with instructions, on the email address you provided.
Alternatively, you can register by providing the required information at the Smart Press reception desk, on the day of the conference.
Check-in / Conference gift material
At the conference reception desk, show the printed e-ticket you received via email, after pre-registering, in order to get your entrance badge and gift material. In case you have not received or printed your e-ticket, please provide the email address or name you used to register with.
If you have not pre-registered at all, you need to pick up and fill in a printed form at the conference reception desk, or leave your business card, in order to get your entrance badge and gift material.
Plenary Session
Main speeches will take place in the Olympia hall, on the hotel’s same level.
Workshops
During the conference, a series of themed workshops will take place, offering a practical experience to attendants.

Certificates of Attendance
All visitors will receive a certificate of attendance for the conference, by the organizing committee.

How can I get conference-related material?
Upon completing the registration process, attendants will receive gift material at the conference reception desk. Presentation files will be posted on the official website, where they can be downloaded from, after the conference concludes. Also, speakers on video will be posted on the conference’s YouTube channel.
