Τον Ιούνιο του 2016, δημιουργήθηκε το Alliance For Digital Employability με όραμα την επανειδίκευση 500.000 νέων εκτός εργασίας στην Πληροφορική, και κυρίως στον Προγραμματισμό.
Αφετηρία αποτέλεσε η διοργάνωση του 1ου Coding Bootcamp, το οποίο υλοποιήθηκε από τη ΗePIS και τη CEPIS, με την επιστημονική επίβλεψη του Οικονομικού Πανεπιστημίου Αθηνών.
Μετά από επανειδίκευση 500 ωρών και σε διάστημα μόνο 12 εβδομάδων, 30 άνεργοι χωρίς σχετικό υπόβαθρο, αποφοίτησαν ως πιστοποιημένοι προγραμματιστές έχοντας εξασφαλίσει σχετική θέση εργασίας σε κορυφαίες εταιρίες.
Ενάμιση χρόνο αργότερα, και ενώ διεξάγεται ήδη το 3ο Coding Bootcamp με 8πλάσιο αριθμό συμμετεχόντων, το όραμα του Alliance For Digital Employability είναι πιο εφικτό από ποτέ!

Eleni is among the founding members and currently serves as the Project Manager of AFDEmp, an initiative that aims to decrease unemployment in Greece by re-skilling 500,000 individuals and facilitating their placement in the ICT sector.
She is also the New Business Development Manager at PEOPLECERT, being responsible for the identification, evaluation and implementation of new endeavors.
Furher, Eleni serves as Director of the Hellenic Professionals Informatics Society (HePIS), the Greek Member Society of the Council of European Professional Informatics Societies (CEPIS). HePIS represents over 3.500 ICT students and professionals while over 25.000 candidates have participated in activities organised by HePIS aiming to enhance their digital skills.
Eleni’s background is in investment banking and venture capital industries, with focus on the Technology, Media and Telecommunications sector. She remains passionate and actively involved in the tech startup ecosystem.
She holds a BSc in Business Administration from the American College of Greece, an MSc in Sociology from the University of Oxford and is certified in Corporate Finance from the London Business School. Eleni has also completed a gap year as a volunteer in Ghana, Africa and in Mumbai, India.
