Sotirios Issaias is the Sales Marketing Manager of Telecom Italia Sparkle Greece, member of Telecom Italia group. In conjunction to this, he is also a seasoned Professional Trainer/Lecturer/Public Speaker with an impressive portfolio of Corporate Customers
Sotirios brings extensive strategic managerial experience to the European Telecom Industry as well as the Data Center Services industry both in Europe and abroad having occupied several key positions in Corporate Sales and Marketing.

As a Professional Trainer for the last 8 years, he has trained sales people and managers in various sectors like in large accounts, Sales networks, Customer service, Negotiation skills, Leadership, and handling objections during the sales cycle process. He has given many TV and radio interviews for both Greek and Canadian Media, and has been featured on various business magazines focused on corporate training and coaching.

In his role as Lecturer he has given several speeches in Greek and American Universities, as well as various Institutions and commercial organizations in Greece.

He has earned an MA degree in International Relations from the University of Indianapolis, and a BA degree in Political Science (Specialization) from Concordia University. He holds a Graduate Certificate in Public Relations Management from McGill University. He received his primary and secondary education at Lyce’e Leonin in Greece.
He followed a seminar by Harvard University “The Art & Science of Negotiation”, and a Sales Training program by Telecom Italia.

He participated in various Economic and Technological Conventions in Europe and Greece.
He is a member of the Greek – American and Greek – Canadian Chamber of Commerce. He is also a member of the Greek Marketing Academy, Athens University of Economics & Business.
He speaks English, French and Greek.
